ZLB single-stage vertical axial flow pump structure description:

This type of pump is mainly composed of the pump body part and the transmission part.

1. The main part of the pump:

The pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is supported by two rubber (or plastic) bearings on the top and bottom. During the operation, it provides good conditions for lubricating the bearing. A bearing on the upper end of the pump shaft is mostly above the water surface, so a short tube is installed on the stuffing box (or sealing cover) to provide infusion of clean water before starting to lubricate the bearing For the purpose (after the water is started, the irrigation can be stopped). The bearing neck is a high-quality carbon steel bushing coated with hard chrome on the surface to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Other main parts such as: trumpet tube, impeller seat, impeller shell, guide vane body, bearing seat, packing seat and coupling are all made of cast iron, and the outlet elbow is steel welded parts. Packing is installed in the packing seat to improve the tightness of the pump.

The rotation of the pump impeller is counterclockwise when viewed from the suction port (clockwise when viewed from above).

The impeller shell of the pump (or connected to the guide vane body and the inlet horn) and the two adjacent surfaces of the impeller are spherical surfaces, which ensures that there is a small gap between the outer circle of the impeller and the impeller shell at any installation angle of the blade To reduce the loss of return water.

According to the needs of use, this type of pump can be used according to the "working performance table" to increase or decrease the speed or adjust the installation angle of the blade, change the flow rate and head, and expand the scope of use. The blades are made of high-quality ductile iron, and the impellers are shipped from the factory after static balance correction. The blade is fastened to the impeller seat with a blade nut (or a blade tight ring), and the adjacent surface of the blade and the impeller seat is engraved with an angle line. When the pump leaves the factory, the installation angle of the blade is generally "zero" degree. The user can adjust the installation angle of the blade according to the work performance table according to need. Before installation, the user must re-tighten the blade nut once to prevent accidents due to loosening.

2. Water pump transmission part:

(1) Vertical motor direct transmission device:

The motor is fastened to the motor base by bolts, one end of the drive shaft is connected to the motor by a nylon column coupling, the other end is connected to the water pump with a rigid coupling, the drive shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, and other parts such as the electric seat , Bearing box, bearing cover base, etc. are made of cast iron. When the water pump is in operation, all its axial forces (that is, the sum of the water pressure on the water pump impeller and the weight of all water pump rotors) are borne by the bearings installed in the motor housing (or bearing housing). The axial displacement of the pump rotor can be adjusted by the nut in the transmission device, which simplifies the entire pump unit and is convenient and reliable for installation and maintenance.

(2) Vertical motor V-belt drive:

The vertical motor is fastened to the frame with bolts, and the frame is fastened to the guide rail. The bolt can make the frame slide on the guide rail to adjust the belt tightness. The radial force during operation is borne by the pulley and the radial bearing on the motor.

(3) Vertical semi-cross flat belt drive:

The pulley is made of cast iron, fixed between the bearing seat and the nut and installed on the transmission shaft. The radial force of the transmission shaft and the weight of the pump transmission parts and the axial force of operation are supported by the ball bearings.

3. Pump support:

The weight of the pump body (excluding the rotor part) is borne by the foundation or beam supporting the pump body. The weight of the pump rotor part transmission (including the main transmission part and the power machine) and the axial force of the pump are both supported by the floor foundation of the transmission bear.

4. Drive shaft:

The drive shaft of the axial flow pump should not be too long, otherwise it will cause difficulties in installation and maintenance. To this end, the length of the transmission shaft is specified and supplied in accordance with the regulations. When ordering, the user must select the "L" size specified in the installation drawing and design the pump room.
